I teach a vinyasa flow class that is appropriate for expectant women of all stages of pregnancy and yoga levels. My classes are a balance of strengthening and calming and incorporate poses that help alleviate the common discomforts of pregnancy and also condition the body for the hard work of labor.

As a doula, I am always weaving in my birthing knowledge to give you breathing techniques, physical positions and a myriad of strategies that will serve and empower you during your labor and delivery.

I also offer a free 30 minute consultation to help you determine if I’m a good fit for your prenatal needs.

Practicing prenatal yoga with Amy throughout my pregnancy let my body find comfort in the discomfort of labor and use my breath to guide me through even the most intense contractions and pushing. The birth of my daughter was the most empowering experience of my life and I have Amy to thank for all of the comfort and support that allowed me to achieve the natural childbirth I envisioned.
