This course was designed with you and your baby in mind to support you in preparing your body for labor, connecting with your baby and navigating the mental and emotional landscape of pregnancy. 

 

This course is for…

new and seasoned mothers at every stage of pregnancy. I guide you through each practice and provide instruction on when to do the practices and provide modifications you can do at any state of pregnancy.  


seasoned yogis and new yogis alike. This course is especially great if you’re new to yoga, as this course will be a gentle introduction into several basic yoga practices.

 

What you’ll receive:  

  • 7 yoga practice videos (3 hours total) each with short instructions that will teach you how to breathe, how to connect and move your body in order to birth your baby, and a space to be present with your experience. 

  • Access to a private Facebook Group for support directly from me while experiencing a community of expectant mothers to help you with the practices and navigate your pregnancy journey.
