Empowered Birth: Prenatal Yoga Series
A virtual prenatal yoga series designed to support you in preparing your body for labor, connecting with your baby and navigating the mental and emotional landscape of pregnancy.
I teach a vinyasa flow class that is appropriate for expectant women of all stages of pregnancy and yoga levels. My classes are a balance of strengthening and calming and incorporate poses that help alleviate the common discomforts of pregnancy and also condition the body for the hard work of labor.
As a doula, I am always weaving in my birthing knowledge to give you breathing techniques, physical positions and a myriad of strategies that will serve and empower you during your labor and delivery.
