In this practice, I will take you through a guided body scan and visualization that will help you relax more deeply and lessen any fears and anxiety you may be experiencing at this time. This is a safe way to lay on your back but requires props. Have a couple of pillows or bolster and one or two blocks for this practice. This sequence is taken from one of my live zoom classes that I teach every week.
