In this practice, we will do a modified vinyasa practice with an emphasis on breathwork. We will practice ujjayi/diaphragmatic breathing which is the breath you use in both yoga and labor and we will also practice nadi shodhana/alternate nostril breathing to equalize the nervous system. This sequence is taken from one of my live zoom classes that I teach every week.
