In this practice, we will do a modified vinyasa practice with an emphasis on squatting. Squatting helps to work with gravity to open up the pelvis and create space for your baby. I will teach you my favorite breathing technique for labor, the HA-HE-HO breath. This sequence is taken from one of my live zoom classes that I teach every week.
